Hypertension: hi, if you are having any of these symptoms like headache, dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, nausea, trouble with vision you should go to your nearest emergency room.

Hypertension: High blood pressure can cause all these symptoms. You definitely need to be evaluated by your PCP. If you are having any chest pain or pressure with your other symptoms you need to go to the ER. Otherwise, you need to make an appointment with your PCP. Hope this helps.
