R/o gall bladder dz: Pain beneath rt lower ribs, CR Rt upper abdomen and reference to rt shoulder , usually arise in conditions related to Gall bladder. need to r/o GB inflammation, a stone obstructing the GB duct and causing distended gall bladde asyou have nausea. Isthere any fever/chills. Please see your PCP when you have this obvious lump as an Ultrasound ewill help to r/o GB dz and also helps to r/o other condns
