NOT Ambien!: Ambien (zolpidem) is a SLEEPING pill and a possibly dangerous one at that! Sometimes its DRYNESS due to the heat coming up during this time of the year. Try a HUMDIFIER! Long acting ant-histamines (OTC eg ZYRTEC) may help! Hope this helps!

Avoid sedatives: Focus on treating allergies. Try over the counter antihistamine like Claritin, Allegra or Zyrtec. Nasacort ,which is once daily nasal spray is also now available over the counter. Please avoid Ambien (zolpidem) or any other sedative at your age.
