Surgery for crusting: There is no surgery for that. But you may have allergic rhinitis which can be treated with medication. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.

Normal secretions: These are perfectly normal secretions, by the way. Our bodies create this mucous to cleanse the nasal passage and keep out germs. We all wake up in the mornings needing to get up and blow our noses! Babies and kids included! You can add in some saline if necessary! Chronic congestion after clearing secretions is another story! See a physician for this!
