Advil (ibuprofen) can be: taken 3 times a day. I'd try 400 mg. If you go with 600 mg (3 pills) you may want to check kidney function periodically with a blood test. Advil (ibuprofen) can inhibit prostaglandin E2 at higher doses and reduce the blood filtering power of the kidney.
