See your dentist: There are a variety of reasons that teeth shift over: age, genetics, grinding, bad habits and cavities, gum disease and tooth loss are just some. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and possible referral to an orthodontist.

Shifting teeth: Can be caused by any one or combination of: Gum/bone loss, malocclusion, pernicious habits (grinding/clenching), systemic diseases such as diabetes, loss of one or more permanent teeth, etc. Important that you see a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist for Initial Examination (usually free) to determine cause and possible solutions.
