See a doctor: that mean your crohn disease is under control if you are describing your bowel as soft patient with crohn can get a variety of anal-rectal problems including a fissure which most likely that what you have it will make passing the BM sightly more difficult and cause burning with CANASSA if you had surgery in that area in the past scar tissue could be the problem see your GI or RECTAL SURGEON

NOT ENOUGH INFORMATI: It is difficult to answer your question as we need more information.Apparantly you are under the care of a Gastroenterologist.If you continue feeling bunring and difficulty passing stools,you should consult your GI Specialist who knows your case These symptoms are not unusual in patients with Crohn's Disease
