Virtually none.: Wouldn't worry. I'm assuming you mean vagina rather than mouth, or your aim is really off!

Probably none: Presuming you mean a glycerine suppository inserted into the vagina. If you mean inserted into the mouth, it is unlikely to taste very good. In either event, it is unlikely to cause a bowel movement.
