See below.: If he seems fine, you don't need to do anything. He very well may have some diarrhea or vomiting. If so, give his doctor a call. You may also want to call your own doctor in the morning and let them know about it even if he seems fine.

Plenty of fluids: Get him to drink plenty of water, to dilute the spoiled milk, and wash out his stomach and intestines. Keep a close eye of him. If he throws up, continue to give him clear liquids only like water, apple juice, jello, and/or partially decarbonated ginger-ale for up to 24 hours. If he continues to vomit or have stomach pain, take him to be evaluated by a healthcare provider.
