Relax: Most women miss a period now and then for no apparent reason. If you have had two negative pregnancy tests then you probably are not pregnant. Dehydration can cause many problems including constipation and headaches. Be sure to drink a lot of water. Senna is a natural vegetable laxative that can be helpful for constipation. If your symptoms do not improve consider seeing a doctor.
