Right side pain: Ovarian cysts can result from an incomplete release of an egg at ovulation, and rupture of a cyst can be painful. It would be unlikely to occur regularly and on the same side "every month" from the right ovary. You should see your healthcare provider for an ultrasound test to make sure there is not a persistent ovarian cyst on your right side.

No: You have cramps, but it is very unlikely that your ovary is the source of the cramps. If you can deal with the cramping pain with acetaminophen, do that. Do take alcohol.
