Not a lice: treatment or prevention. Listerine has a high acohol content so I would not use during pregnancy.

Listerine and lice: Listerine is not a treatment for lice. If you think you have lice get checked by your doctor and follow the proper procedure that you will be given to clean your house. There are medications the will help you and your family. Use the Listerine as a mouthwash only.

Not recommended: Lice treatment products are always available over-the-counter at drugstores, grocery stores, and some medical clinics. Never think the other way to use Listerine other than for mouth wash.
