Possible back prob.: Pain radiating to your buttock can be due to a bulging disc impinging on a nerve. That is what the x-ray was looking for.Hopefully it was normal and your doctor finds a way to help with the pain. If not you might want to seek the help of a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. This is one of the things for which accupuncture is very helpful. Hope this helps..
