Silence Is Golden: Could be what you're eating.Some foods cause gas more than others(milk products,cruciferous vegetables[look it up],gluten,legumes[look it up])so see if eliminating some or all of them help.Don't eat much 4 hours before bed time.For milk there's Lactaid,for legumes and crucifers there's Beano (may take a lot, you'll have to find your dose).And then there's whatever medications you take:proper dose?
