Weightlifting is a good way to add muscle mass once a boy has reached puberty and his body makes the androgen hormones necessary for muscle growth. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form. NEVER EVER inject testosterone if it is offered to you at the gym because it can cause SEVERE infection.
