is it bad to squat for long periods of time? i squat on my chair sometimes instead of sit as i would get pretty restless and get up to walk around.

I used to live in: Taiwan where squatting for hours on time was the norm. I would be concerned about squatting on a chair due to risk of falling off or of chair overturning. Take care.
