Rhinorrhea: At 71 your only medical condition is sinusitis and your only medication is an inhaler? that is incredible. I am concerned that you only have a unilateral clear rhinorrhea.It may be a mass partially obstructing nasal passage or skull base compromise with CSF leak. Please consult an ENT.

Cant explain it good but I have a foul smell in my left nostril. I only smell it if I close my right one but if I close my left one I dont smell it. Im not sick or have allergies, it smells like poop actually?
