Clinical diagnosis: If these are all true for you, you have rls: 1. A desire to move the limbs usually associated with discomfort or disagreeable sensations in the limbs; 2. You move to relieve the discomfort or to provide a counter-stimulus to relieve the discomfort; 3. Your symptoms are worse at rest with at least temporary relief by activity; 4. Your symptoms are worse later in the day or at night. No tests needed.
