If you had a: complete and thorough exam. including basic lab. work,EKG etc. from your Dr and you're still experiencing symptoms, most likely you have anxiety or some form of psychosomatic symptoms - your body presents symptoms what your mind is thinking and conceiving. Google on line for herbs and tips for anxiety. Follow up with your Dr. for any concerns and issues. God Bless you!

Whoa, slow down: At the age of 24 the odds are overwhelming that you are perfectly healthy. I commend your family for trying but only you know if you're "fine" At 24 you haven't likely experienced truly serious illness or intense pain. If you're not sure if it hurts or not, it doesn't. If you can't tell if you're sick, you're not. Embrace your Health now because sooner or later this ole world WILL take its toll.

Psychotherapy: Ask yourself what environmental and interpersonal stressors you face during your waking hours, and whether or not you find yourself obsessing about them at night, which could be resulting in sleep loss. Consider going to a reputable psychotherapist for stress management therapy, and exploration of non-biochemical sources of anxiety.
