I washed my hands mor than i should today and after i always put on sanitizer i woke up from a nap and have a bad itchy kinda burning rash.what is it?

Over washing: can lead to dry skin. Sanitizer with high alcohol concentration can exacerbate that. Have you considered applying lotion to moisten skin tissue. Take care.
