Rinsing or surgery.: Try frequent sinus and nose rinsing with one of the over the counter kits. Also your physician should consider if you are a candidate for a long term preventive antibiotic use or refer you to an E.N.T. surgeon for considering if surgical treatment would take care of your problem.
