Not usually: however if your blood pressure tends to rise with asthma attacks and this in turn makes the aneurysm more likely to rupture but this is merely hypothetical since I have not seen patients developing aneurysm (although no CT or MRI were done to verify it) or having ruptured aneurysm from asthma.
