See your Endo: You should see an Endocrinologist who can helps you maintain a proper level of T-4/T-3 while you are attempting to conceive. A lot of Endocrinologist believe you should be taking some T-3 (Synthroid=T-4) and prescribe a form of thyroid supplementation containing T-3. Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z

50 yo male Hypothyroid and mild apnea and can't stay asleep, why? Wake up after 3 hrs. Been on Synthroid and TSH is now .3, free T4 is 1.5. On CPAP also. No prob falling asleep so not a hygiene issue. Tried every sleep med, Melatonin and herb.
