Blocks: The left anterior hemiblock and the right bundle branch block are electrical phenomena only and may not cause any symptoms. However they may indicate a degree of cardiomyopathy which is not yet weakening the heart muscle. A cardiologist should follow you to monitor you for progression to higher degree of heart block and development of heart muscle weakness in the future as both can be treated.

EKG changes are: electrical changes. The echocardiogram and stress test are arterial tests. You did not mention your age or if you had an MI or arterial disease. The electrical changes may occur without arterial disease or they may be related. See your doctor and it is important to know if your doctor thinks at some point you may need a pacer.
