Too Fast: The normal resting heart range is generally between 60-100 beats per minute. Faster than that is called tachycardia and a number of causes are possible. Seeing your doctor for an evaluation will help get to the bottom of it.

A bit rapid: Perhaps you suffer "white coat syndrome", and your response to doctor increases both pulse and/or blood pressure, but persistence of this resting heart rate needs more investigation to determine cause.
