Chest cold: Sounds like you have bronchitis. There's a small chance that you could have a mild pneumonia or that you could progress into pneumonia. Are you coughing up a lot of mucous, having any fevers or body aches? Most of these colds are caused by viruses, so get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids and take decongestants as needed.
