I had a fnac on a enlarged axillary node , if biopsy results showed adipose tissue , and muscle fragments .did he not get any of the lymph node?

Unlikely: The adipose tissue and muscle fragments represent normal tissues in the axillary region. If the reason for the biopsy was an enlarged lymph node, you will need to have an additional procedure performed. This may be as a repeat FNA or a surgical excision. The reason why the lymph node is enlarged has not been answered.
