Headache, stomach-: ache, agitation & insomnia are common side effects of stimulant medications. Tell your psychiatrist. Give him/her a list of your prescribed, OTC, homeopathic & naturopathic meds - especially St. John's Wort, herbs, vitamins, dietary supplements, roots, berries, alcohol, etc. If no food or drug interaction, you can stop the low-dose Concerta for 2 days, then resume, to see if it happens again.

Stop the concerta: You should stop the concerta, wait a few days and give it one more trial. If it triggers a migraine again, ask your doctor to prescribe an alternative medication
