How do u get tested for borderline personality disorder?

Get evaluated: See your mental health provider to get evaluated. A series of questions and behavior observations and if needed a psychological evaluation will help them make the diagnosis.

Clinical examination: While there are characteristic psychological test patterns for bpd, the diagnosis is usually made through clinical interview and examination by a psychiatrist or psychologist.

Borderline: Get an evaluation from a psychiatrist to help identify what borderline personality disorder means to you and whatever else may be bothering you. Consider recommendations for medication if any are given. Get a referral for a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Meds and therapy combined are most optimal; no just one or the other. Dialectical Behavior Therapy seems to work well.
