Pancreatitis: A normal ultrasound one year ago does not mean it is normal now. Elevated pancreatic enzymes suggests you have pancreatitis. You should repeat the ultrasound and follow your doctors instructions carefully.

U.S. test is old!: An Ultrasound form a year ago would not have a bearing on your current condition. Be sure to follow up with your doctor for a continuing work up as needed. Best wishes.
