More info needed: I don't see a medical issue. Your age is shown as 23, so your medical records will be confidential from parents, eg if you need care or testing for STD. If you're young, maybe such care is still OK without parental permission, as in the US (age 12-14, depending on the state), but I don't know Ontario's or Canada's laws. Check with public health--Canada, Ontario, or your local health department.
