MTHFR genotype: 677 ; 1298 is an inheritable issue that could cause problems with fertility. This can easily be tested for free through HDL labs. Just need to find a doc who draws them. If positive, need to treat with l-methylfolate, p5p, and methylcobalamin before and throughout pregnancy and after.
