Akathisia: is a feeling of restlessness that one gets from high potency neuroleptics. One can see it with antidepressants like Zoloft but this is less common. Occasionally with large doses of atypical antipsychotics one can experience akathisia. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and withdrawal from Opiates and other addicting substances can cause restlessness as can a few other conditions (pontine stroke, Parkinson's Disease, RLS)
