Would inner ear issues show up on romberg test ?

Not Romberg: Romberg sign is present if one is unsteady with eyes closed and feet together vs eyes open. It indicates either posterior column dysfunction in the spinal cord or large fiber neuropathy in the legs. The most common cause nowadays is B12 deficiency (It used to be neurosyphilis)
