No ....: It doesn't mean you ARE pregnant, but it certainly happens fairly frequently in early pregnancy. Some people attribute this to "implantation" bleeding. But the main sign of pregnancy is the absence of your regular period. Most would suggest you can reliably take a home pregnancy test and believe the answer one you have passed the date your menstrual period was expected. Good wishes!
