? PMS: Up to half of the women who receive endometrial ablation with stop having periods; younger women are LESS likely to do so. Getting some monthly spotting and perhaps the associated symptoms of a period would not be unusual at all. Treat for symptom control as you would any period. If heavier bleeding returns or these symptoms persist/new develop, return to your doctor for evaluation. Good wishes!
