Unusual spotting: If your menstrual cycles have been 28-30 days and regular, this kind of "spotting and cramping" may indicate pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. If positive, and if the pain continues along with irregular bleeding, see your gyn provider immediately, as this pattern may be a pregnancy in your tube (ectopic), which needs attention asap.
