MRA: Vascular MRI (mra) is is less invasive test for intra cranial aneurysms.

NO: There are no preventive studies for anything. Studies may diagnose the presence or absence of an aneurysm in the cerebral vasculature. A" test"(cta or arteriography) by itself is not therapeutic or preventive. It is what it is.

No screening tests: There are no general screening test. The definitive angiograms and scans are too low a yield for too high a cost to be practical. If however, you have any symptoms like really bad headaches, such test are warranted to rule out such dangerous conditions.
