Post UTI pain: After UTI treatment you should be pain free. I have seen vaginal infections( mycoplasma, ureoplasma, trichamonas, BV) masqurade as UTIs,or a recurrent or partially treated UTI , rarely as stone. Follow up with doctor/ urgent care.
