Yes: Hi. Yes, regardless of whether your thyroid medication is thyroid hormone replacement (for hypothyroidism) or anti-thyroid medication (for hyperthyroidism)...goddess, we hate to guess/assume...you can take OTC meds. No worries. I do hope your stated "brain lesion" is not serious! Good luck!
