What over-the-counter pain medication can be taken with meloxacam besides tylenol (acetaminophen) ?

Tylenol+NSAID: Is pretty much the only safe over the counter medication that can be used with meloxicam. Chronic use of nsaids or Acetaminophen alone or in combination can lead to untoward side effects. Consider using topical over the counter medications if this is an option. Taking another NSAID such as otc Ibuprofen along with Meloxicam is not ecommended.

Stick to Tylenol (acetaminophen) : Meloxicam is an nsaid. You're not going to want to take any ibuprofen, naproxen, Aspirin with this medicine. The only otc med choice left is acetaminophen. Take care. If you need something stronger, talk with your pcp about something prescription.
