See your doctor: Since you have not had sex, you don't have any worry about STD causing the bump, so you don't have to be embarrassed to ask what could cause this. Are you worried that your parents would over react? Just assure them that you have not had sex, and to take you to the doctor so you can learn what it is and what can be done to treat it.
