Breast pathology reports tiny cyst lined by apocrine metaplasia no lesion seen. please explain if this indicates any fybrocystic or hormonal changes. ?

Early transformation: Tiny cysts can appear in the breast as a result of hormone activity on the milk duct lining resulting in duct blockage and the formation of cytst. Apocrine metaplasia suggest that early transformational changes are taking place and if left the area and premalignant cells in the field around the cytic changes can revert to malignancy. The cysts and surrounding area should be resected.
