I have had all the blood work everything is normal. have ringing in the ears that comes and goes and lower leg pain.

Tinnitus: You have "ringing in the ears" and your doctor ordered "blood tests"? why. What was he looking for? You should have been evaluated by an Ear exam, audiogram and brain MRI. We don't know enough about you to answer your question and you have already had a supposedly full medical evaluation that found nothing and you provided them with much more information. Consult neurology.
