Decongestant: So long as you are taking it as per directions, and only temporarily it should be safe, there shouldn't be any interaction with Beta blkers

Yes but: Lemsip has phenylephrine ( a decongestant) which is a little like "adrenaline" so the beta blocker will prevent it from doing much good. The combination won't harm you but taking them together is somewhat irrational. The ingredients in Lemsip are paracetamol and phenylephrine so you could just take the paracetamol separately
