I have always had eczema at base of hairline/scalp just above nexk ever since bith. it gets so itchy it bleeds. any remedies/ tips?

Eczema: I suppose you have already seen derm and know this is eczema. Control can be achieved by increasing potency of steroid and using a liquid or foam rather than ointment. Medication must get to scalp to be effective. Tacrolimus may be used as a steroid sparing agent. However, most patients with eczema refractory to treatment are actually not using meds as prescribed and following standard skin care.
