Possibility...: It sounds like musculoskeletal pain of your chest wall. It could be costochondritis, which is inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs. It can be very painful. See your doctor for diagnosis/treatment. Anti inflammatory meds along with heat therapy to the area can be helpful before you see your doc. If you press on the area and the pain worsens, this is the likely diagnosis.
