Difficult to say: wihout seeing the report. BUT bloodflow good, you'd have to say NO don't worry, no problem. If there's bad flow you'd have to say, No, don't worry, you're at increased risk of stroke but there's nothing you can do about it so don't worry. If the artery flow is nearly cut off there is increased risk of stroke but the operation risk doesn't justify surgery unless there's been problems.

Carotid flow: Turbulence implies absence of laminar flow which may be due to tortuous vessels (normal variant) or blockages.
