Not normal: No, it's not normal. You may have an infection or a ruptured corpus luteum. Iif it doesn't get better soon or if it worsens, you need to be checked.

No: This is not normal. Pain is your body telling you something is wrong. While the prostaglandins in semen can cause cramping after he ejaculates in you, this should not have just started and cramping prior to bowel movements is fairly common but it is usually relieved after a bowel movement
