i had a uterine polypectomy on the 6/4/13. had first bowel movement after surgery 08/04/13 and experiencing moderate cramping. is this normal?

Check dates: A uterine polypectomy is a very minor surgery and should not affect your ability to have a bowel movement or cause constipation. If the dates you listed are correct not having a bowel movement for 2 months is not normal and should be evaluated by a doctor.
